There are no significant shipping delays currently being reported by our Courier Service providers, we have, however, temporarily removed the signature required shipping option, in accordance with the Covid-19 level two and level three contactless delivery polices.

Shipping Information Update
The speed of Courier deliveries is continuing to improve, with Courier Post now able to deliver parcels within a 3-4 day time frame in most areas around New Zealand. We have not reinstated our overnight delivery shipping option yet, although a few customers have been lucky enough to receive their parcels within 24 hours of shipment this past week. We continue to monitor the shipping situation and will keep you updated as to when overnight shipping can resume again.
Courier Post has temporarily extended its claim time frames as a result of the delayed delivery situation during Covid-19. If you need to make a claim for a missing parcel you can find out more by visiting the Courier Post website.
