The processing and shipment of all orders that have been delayed due to the government Covid-19 Level 4 lockdown restrictions will commence in accordance with Covid-19 Level 3, contactless and safe business practice requirements on Wednesday 1st of September 2021. Please be aware that normal shipping timeframes may be extended due to courier compainies catching up with the backlog of parcel deliveries, espically in the Auckland and Northland regions that still remain under Level 4 restrictions.

All processing of orders is currently on hold until the Government Covid-19 alert level restrictions for the Bay of Plenty are reduced down from Level 4 into an alert level that will allow businesses to resume the processing of non-essential items (Potentially Alert Level 3).
