For easy release from the mould, lightly dust the inside of the mould using a paintbrush and some cornflour. Once you have filled the mould with fondant, placing the mould into the freezer for a few minutes firms up the fondant and allows it to more easily be released from the mould. This is especially true during warmer more humid weather conditions.
